Detailed Itinerary
Arrive in Chengdu, private transfer to downtown hotel. Explore **Wide & Narrow Alleys** in the afternoon for traditional courtyard culture. Visit Chunxi Road & Taikoo‑Li at dusk. Free for dinner to try authentic Sichuan hot‑pot and street foods.
Early‑morning visit to **Giant Panda Breeding Base** to watch pandas feeding and playing. Transfer toward Jiuzhaigou, enjoy mountain landscape along the way. Check‑in at hotel near Jiuzhaigou entrance in the evening for altitude adaptation.
Full‑day sightseeing inside **Jiuzhaigou National Park**. Take park eco‑shuttle across three valleys. Highlights include **Five‑Flower Lake, Pearl Shoals Waterfall, Nuorilang Waterfall, Long Lake**. Wander wooden boardwalks among turquoise lakes, waterfalls and primeval forest. Return to hotel in late afternoon.
Drive to **Huanglong Scenic Area**. Visit iconic **Five‑Colour Pond** at 3558 m altitude, marvel at travertine terraces and Golden Sand Pavement against snow‑capped mountains. Return to downtown Chengdu after sightseeing. Note: High altitude at Huanglong; please prepare light warm layers and take it easy to avoid altitude discomfort.
